By booking with us you agree to our general terms and conditions:
Per Person Pricing
- Our prices are quoted per person.
- Our dive packages are offered for certified divers per person and cannot be shared.
All Inclusive Pricing
- Our prices include full gear rental for free, boat dives, guide/PADI instructor, refreshments, pool training (or shallow ocean), PADI eLearning on site and certification.
Terms Of Payments
- Payment is due upon arrival.
- We accept cash in USD, EUR, or TZS.
- Credit card payments are also accepted with a 5% processing fee. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- We charge the full rate for cancellations made within less than 24 hours.
- We charge the full rate for not showing up on time for the activity.
- We charge the full rate for cancelling during the activity.
- If we have to cancel activities due to weather conditions for safety reasons, we offer alternative dates or optional refund.
Requirements
- We require divers to show their certification card, or to provide us full details for a certification check available for PADI, SSI and NAUI divers only.
- Divers and participants for PADI courses must be able to swim and be medically fit for diving. Please review the Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire. We request you consult a physician before participating in scuba diving.
- Snorkelers must be able to swim.
- Our dive team speaks English and Swahili. We teach PADI courses in English.
