Are there extra fees to dive in Mnemba?
Yes, Mnemba is a highly protected marine conservation area. While your dive package covers your boat excursion, complimentary gear rental, and refreshments — the government-mandated marine conservation fees (standard + special area) are excluded and must be paid separately. Please contact us for full transparency before you book.
Can we share a dive package?
No, our dive packages—whether booked individually or as part of our ‘Dive & Stay’ offers—are priced per person, and the included dives cannot be shared or transferred between guests.
What is your cancellation policy?

Can I rent a dive computer from you?
To ensure the highest safety standards, our PADI guides are required to carry dive computers on every excursion. While we strongly recommend bringing your own device to track your personal dive profile, we do offer rentals for 10 USD per person, per day (subject to availability, no discounts apply). As these limited devices are in high demand, we suggest contacting the dive center in advance via WhatsApp to reserve yours before you arrive.
What payment methods do you accept at the dive center?
We accept cash on-site in US Dollars, Euros, or Tanzanian Shillings. We also accept Visa and Mastercard at our physical locations and utilize secure DPO online payment links for deposits. Please be aware that all credit card payments and online link transactions are subject to a standard 3% processing fee.
Is the package cheaper if I bring my own dive gear?
Are transfers included?
Yes! We offer a free transfer to the dive center within Nungwi (Zanzibar) and Makangale (Pemba). Outside these areas, please arrange your own transfer or contact us for help.
